Industrial control panel manufacturing normally begins with approved electrical drawings, cabinet layouts, BOM and technical specifications. These documents define the component arrangement, wiring scope, terminal requirements, cabinet construction and inspection criteria.
Nanjing Zhongyuan Technology, supported by the manufacturing base of Nanjing Ruilian Electric, provides customized cabinet fabrication, component mounting, drawing-based panel assembly, internal wiring, terminal engineering and wire harness processing.
Electrical components can be supplied according to customer-specified brands and models. When cost or lead time is important, technically suitable equivalent alternatives may be proposed for customer approval.
PLC, HMI and I/O modules can be supplied, installed, reserved for interfaces or wired according to approved drawings. PLC programming, HMI development, SCADA, DCS and complete automation system design are not included in the standard manufacturing scope.
Applicable quality checks may include drawing and BOM review, component model verification, wiring inspection, terminal inspection, insulation resistance testing, grounding continuity checks, power-on testing and FAT photo or video records.
