Electrical cabinet projects normally begin with customer drawings, BOM, technical specifications and application requirements. A clear technical scope helps confirm suitable cabinet construction, component brands, wiring requirements, inspection items and delivery responsibilities.
Nanjing Zhongyuan Technology works with Nanjing Ruilian Electric as its manufacturing base to support customized electrical cabinet projects. Our scope includes cabinet enclosure fabrication, sheet metal processing, component mounting, drawing-based panel assembly, internal wiring, terminal engineering and wire harness processing.
Electrical components can be supplied according to the customer’s BOM and specified brands. Technically approved equivalent alternatives may also be proposed when cost or lead time matters, subject to customer confirmation.
PLC, HMI and I/O modules can be supplied, installed, reserved for interfaces or wired according to approved drawings. PLC programming, SCADA or DCS software development and complete automation system design are not included unless separately evaluated and confirmed.
For medium- or high-voltage related inquiries, support is limited to cabinet fabrication, drawing-based assembly or project-specific supply evaluation. Standard complete switchgear, RMU and packaged substations require separate review of specifications, standards, certification and supply responsibility.
Before quotation, please provide the drawings, BOM, rated voltage and current, short-circuit requirements, IP rating, preferred brands, quantities, destination and required certifications. We will review the suitable manufacturing and supply scope before confirming price and delivery.
