Wire harnesses are processed according to approved customer drawings, wire lists, terminal specifications and labeling requirements. Final materials, wire sizes, lengths, terminals, connectors and testing scope must be confirmed before production.

Please provide the wire harness drawing, wire type and size, length, terminal and connector models, crimping requirements, labels, quantities, testing standard and required packaging.

Equipment and Quality

Servo-controlled and multi-station processing supports repeatable terminal crimping for confirmed wire and terminal specifications. Production capability and inspection methods are reviewed according to the requested product and quantity.

Scope Boundary

Wire harnesses are manufactured according to approved technical documents. Electrical system design, connector selection responsibility and unconfirmed performance or certification claims are not included unless separately evaluated and agreed.

Sample schedule, batch production time, inspection scope, quotation and delivery time will be confirmed after the drawings, materials and quantities have been reviewed.
